Exchange and return

In accordance with Appendix No. 3 to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.94 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, underwear and hosiery products are included in the List of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange ( return).

Return and exchange of hosiery products is carried out only if there is a factory defect. In order to return or replace an unusable product, contact the online store manager and provide a photo of the defect.

Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality is paid for by the sender.

Exchange is possible within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller. The product is exchanged if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the product have been preserved. If at the time of the exchange the desired product is not available, the consumer has the right to receive a refund. However, not every product can be exchanged (returned) in this way.
